Youtube Rank?

I recently saw someone with a YouTube rank. I have 1000 subscribers and post videos of hunger games daily on my channel. I don't know if I meet requirements, and still don't know if there is a YouTube rank, but here I am on the forums asking about the YouTube rank. If anyone has any information on how you obtain this, please post. Heres my channel for further review (Before you say I don't have viewers, we mainly have subscribers because of parody. Trust me, look at my total views.)

You need to have 5000 subscribers or more and a video of the server w/ it's IP on the description

You need 5000 active subscribers. I see you have some very popular parodies, but those don't seem to be too common on your channel, and the bulk of your content recieved fewer views.

This active subscriber rule is to avoid people who buy subs just to get you tuber rank.

But, like Unitus said, 5K and a video of the server with the HHG IP in the description.
