I don't know if anyone has noticed, but voting rankups haven't been given out for the last 2 months or so. Does anyone know why?

I'm preeeeetty sure that it's because Zainos has been busy. He used to announce the winners around the 2nd-6th day of the next month, now it's even later because he barely even comes on anymore

I actually did April top voter winners but forgot to make the announcement at happy-hg.com
May and June top voters will be announced the 1st of july and from that things will go back to normal.
