I have been permanently banned but I paid the $20 unban fee about 9 hours ago. How long does it take until I can join again?

It depends on the ban type and payment method. Paypal and credit cards usually only take a few minutes, while an e-check can take more than 24 hours. Additionally, if the ban was an ip ban and was purchased from a different ip than you were bannd on, Zainos will need to unban you himself.
