Problem: My Tokens Balances are not adding up.
Located: Everywhere

On the scoreboard it displays my tokens as they should be since I just bough 1000 of them. But /tokens balance displays as if that never happened.

Your VOTING TOKENS and your HHG Tokens are both separate currencies

The HHG tokens are used to buy various cosmetics via your nether star such as horses, pets and other stuff

As Mat said, HHG Tokens are a completly different currency from Voting Tokens (These last will be removed soon anyway in the next voting system update!). You can find out what you can do with your HHG Tokens at http://store.happy-hg.com/category/711953 There are loads of EPIC things you can purchase with them!
