Fixed Tnt cannons in creative

I went to HolyWarrior777's plot in creative and he was firing a tnt cannon. I don't know if this is allowed or to but it is definitely a bug.

No because Sand doesn't fly... Check it out, try it yourself you will see that it doesn't work :)
