I can access that page without purchasing anything, and it looks like the items are still in the cart.

As Trenly said, that's not proof of payment, I can go to http://store.happy-hg.com/checkout/complete take a screenshot and say "HEY ZAINOS I DONATED WHERZZZ MY VIP RANK PLZ MY MUM PAID THE MONEY FOR ME, HALP ME OR I SUE U, I KNOW SAUL AND DONALD TRUMPET IS MY FATHER!!!!1111ONEONEONE"
