Gamemode Spleef Is Needed!

I was playing HHG today. And I thought spleef was a big part that wasn't in the server. So I thought it would be cool to add it. SunshineMeerkat will work on a spleef arena at his plot just in case.

Not just arcade, there used to be actual games of spleef. Then it turned into bowspleef, then they removed it

Spleef was removed as it was 'useless', no one played it and it had some internal issues. Maybe we will bring it back one day, maybe not. atm, our main focus is hitman, and some other secrets
