My question is when i wanted to get Mockingjay for 5o dollars it said i dont have the capitol rank but i do, when i logged in my new username it said that i didnt have a capitol rank, but again i do. then when i logged in my Old Username "MsLittlePanda" it said I had a capitol rank. now i want to know if i buy Mockingjay for 50 bucks using my old account will it give me Mockingjay? when now my Username is "HeytisHemmo"?
