Fixed Rank Lost On Some Servers

My in game name is talkswitherhands. I discovered today that on Kit PVP and Survival Games that my rank was not in front of my name. I am a Capitol and on Kit PVP and Survival Games it considers me a default member and I cannot get the perks. _Bach_ told me to report the issue here, so I did.

It's still not working, I went on PVP today and the server still considers me a default member.
