Skyblock or the whole server? Mainly skyblock.
Skyblock was recently updated (/update for info on that). Zainos has been very busy, so nobody truly knows when anything will be updated.
If you are asking when the server will be in 1.9+ and not 1.8.9-1.10.2; that may be a while. Many players still prefer 1.8.9. Again, Zainos is busy, so nobody knows when the server will be fully updated.

This is similar to the ppl asking about the factions update. There are no confirmations, but it'll happen when it happens.
