HHG Donations plugin is awesome and fast. It process donations and gives the ranks/package perks in 5 minutes. However, I always say to wait 24 hours because most of the times people who say "HEY ZAIN I DONATED AND I DIDN'T GET MY RANK" 1- Are lieing OR 2- Donated in an strange way using a strange payment method in which takes 24 hours to send the money to Paypal.
