Is These Mods Bannable?

I was wondering if the mods More Player Models and Custom Npc's Bannable to use?

It appears to me that the features for both mods are mainly visual (in multiplayer). The extra items and functions wouldnt be applicaple for Multiplayer and would really only be used in Singleplayer.

As the rules state:

Please note that certain mods that provide simple visual enhancements and have no effect on Gameplay are allowed. (Examples: Better Animations, FancyChat, MineTunes, and Pixelmon)

In sum, as long as a Mod doesnt create an unfair advantage, there should be no issue with it.
