Help Me With My Sponsor Problems!!!! D:

I recently bought Sponsor on this server. Then I changed my name. I kept the sponsor rank, but problems arose. I lost every bit of my 1600 points on skywars. Also, my sponsorship does not show up on the parkour server, and therefore is not letting me go on biomes parkour or any of the other parkour courses that require Tribute or above. Please help me get my stuff back and fix the parkour bug. THANKS!!
