Why are people getting banned PERMANENTLY for no reason?

I doubt it's without a reason. The reason will always be shown when you try and log in

Chargeback means you took back money that you used to buy server goods. It's possible your parents could of cancelled your purchase through a bank as an example of what chargeback is.

Any issue/inquiries regarding chargeback should be discussed with Zainos only. If you want to be unbanned, simply cancel the chargeback, and properly pay for what you bought.
