Fixed Fancy Parkour

I was on the part that you need speed and jump boost on fancy ( the part when you pass the first waterfall) and it only gives you speed only sometimes it gives you jump boost. Thats basically it. Thanks, Low_Plays

I think that was because there was someone nearer the Jump Boost command block than you. But don't worry it's fixed now as I changed "@p" for "@a[r=5]"
