Enchanted Forest Parkour

Hello all-- my nine-year-old is a HUGE Happy Hunger Games fan. He loves parkour courses. However, he's bummed that he can't play some of the new maps as they say you have to be a certain level or higher. One in particular he wants to play is Enchanted Forest, but it says "Mockingjay or higher only". Can someone tell me how you achieve these different levels? Do you have to defeat other parkour maps? Is there a cheat to gain access? Thanks!

You need to buy the rank it tells that you need to access the map. The ranks are listed on the server store in order from least cost to most: Member is $3.00 in US currency, Tribute is $8.00 in US currency, Career is $15.00 in US currency, Sponsor is $20.00 in US currency, Peacekeeper is $35.00 US currency, Capitol is $60.00 US currency, Mocking jay is $100.00 US currency, and the upgrade from Capitol to Mocking jay is only $50.00 in US currency.
