Fixed A list of bugs in 1.9

This was tested in 1.9 (not 1.9.4 )

I definitely missed some, but this is what I can think of for now:
1. Item frames turn invisible, sometimes are visible again after re-log.
2. Minecart with chests disappear (kinda), you can't see or use them, re-logging sometimes makes it re-appear.
3. Weird bug while building straight up, I hope the video explains everything.

I don't, I use 1.8.9 Forge Well it's always good to let the staff know the bugs so they can fix it

IF YOU ARE NOT LAGGING, this should be fixed. Please tell me if you are still experiencing it
