Umm teaming doesn't really work with oitc, remember that 1 accidental shot could kill them, so I would suggest just... Running, and shooting back at people chasing you, that's how I get killstreaks with oitc. Ofcourse that doesn't mean you have to stop teaming with oitc, just maybe not be around...

I think that kit pvp is no about teams, you really do need an alliance of some sort otherwise your going to get destroyed. If I could say one thing, I would say its to close together. There needs to be a little bit more room between the middle bit and the boats/islands, but this is just my opinion.
