I believe time should be left as is on the join lobby, but on the warmup arena it should be 15 seconds, and add some sort of audible notification so that the player (if he is multitasking) know that his/her match is about to start

Actually, this a very good idea, and this would be an addition, it will not replace the normal SG we have now Anchezz and iiMatt52. It will bring good attraction to the server, I would attach weight that this idea should be left for the future, when the normal SG is filled at any/most times...

Because it would be really stupid to submit a map like that (when the person who adds maps to the server can just do a simple command), by the mere reason that people want to see detail and not the actual sense of it being good pvp wise, which its intention is to comply
