When do you discovered this Bug: 8/4/2015
Explanation/Replication: Basically, the witch's broom in scb is working a bit odd. It won't recharge the jumps unless you use it ON the ground, not if you just touch the ground, you must actually jump with it on the ground. Most Servers I've played on have it where the jumps reset on contact with the ground, not on USE on the ground, so I'm not sure if this is intentional. To replicate, simply choose wich, use the broom, then jump into the air, and try and use the broom again, it simply will not work.
