Ugh I may need surgery or a brace for my back too since it's messed up..too worried to bring it up to anyone lol. Hope all goes well!

What is everyone doing to their backs...?

I have scoliosis and found out I need a brace and exercise. Luckily nah surgery

Will you eventually be free of the brace?
