Creative VIP World

so I was thinking, if I get Capitol and I build a whole city on my VIP world. I wouldn't be able to show every one my build which would be kinda sad because the Majority of HHG is in regular creative.
So what if People Capitol or below can Go to VIP world but they can't get added. They can only step on pressure plates. It would mean I could show everyone my build

Well, that might ruin the whole idea of having the perk with Capitol to go to the VIP plot world.. though you're more than welcome to send images through different medias etc. or even here on the forums then tell your friends to go onto the forums.
