Creative Remove The Fly In His Plotme

I make 2 race in Creative (/p h petitcoune, /p h:7 petitcoune) players fly for cheating and go faster

add command for disband fly in his plotme ;)

exemple: /p fly deny

They use a plugin that they use for creative, and they can't add custom commands, also peeps would troll with it
