Creative Peacekeeper access to VIP world

I was thinking that Peacekeeper should also be allowed to access VIP world not just MJ and Capitol. Seems a little unbalanced as right as you move to MJ from Capital you also get access to Admins world. Also peacekeeper is a decently expensive rank of 35$ and there is four other ranks below it. I think that the 5th rank should have access to VIP world not just the 6th and 7th. Let me know what you think.

Sorry but it would be extremely unfair for all the people who donated for Capitol specifically for that feature (and there are many). VIP Perks already assigned to ranks won't change as it would be a rip off and very unfair if they did, you can suggest new perks for VIPs instead and I'll consider them
