We need more info to help you than "my MJ rank was bugged"
First of all, we need a screenshot to verify that you actually bought the Mockingjay rank.
Second, I'm a bit confused on what happened. Did it give you a free MJ rank? Did you buy it and it didn't come through?
If it's the second one, try wating a few minutes and logging back in.
The staff cannot give you a refund if they do not have proof that you actually bought it.
