I need help with Calender CP13.

I've been stuck on this one for a while. In case you need a reminder, Calender CP13 is multiple lava jumps, with the first one being especially hard. I can barely make it to the other block, dying to the lava on most equations. And even on the rare occasion that I do make it to the next block, I usually burn to death. How do I do this jump?
