The amount of hackers on SCBB has been excessive lately. It's probably the least monitored game so it's easy to hack on. I just left a lobby that had everyone hacking except me. Sadly, I have no video proof since it was very unexpected. But, can moderators monitor it more often so the people who do hack get banned/ temp. banned.
