Skywars Anvils

I suggest anvils replace enchant tables in OP chests.

In OP chests, there are many pre-enchanted items. 100% of the time, it is possible to find an item with better enchants than a table would ever be able to give. Anvils would be able to be used more often than enchant tables, and would provide the ability to combine power 1 bows into power 2, prot 1 armor into prot 2, etc.

Removing enchantment tables isn't needed because some people actually use them to create their own enchanted stuff they get with the exp and bookshelves they find/craft. However, they addition of anvils to the skywars chests sounds like a good idea! I added it, thanks for your suggestion!
