Nope I got banned twice on the same account :( and I was wondering if only 1 ban fee is required

Do I have to buy 2 ban fee's because I got banned twice one for "advertisement" and other one for "Alternative Accounts" because If I have to buy 2 that will make me feel really bad :(

Ingame name :SKy_PJ I have sponsor and I dont know if its a bug or not but when I go to kit pvp it says im not a sponsor and in hugner games when u can join full games it wont allow me it says i have to become a donator / VIP please help
