The "Retired Staff" tag isn't really for showing how I 'left' the staff team, regardless of what way it was whether it be demotion or not, it's more so to show that I once gave my time and effort to the server. QuartzyGlacier

Retired is basically just a generalized way of saying that, (whoever has that tag), is a former staff member. Demoted or just left, either way, anyone who was once staff helped out the server, even if it was for a short period of time. No need for another tag, really.
